723.02 ENTERPRISE SOLICITATION RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS.

   No person without first obtaining a permit as provided in Section 723.03, shall engage in enterprise solicitation as follows:

   (a)   In any type of aggressive manner;

   (b)   By making any type of false or misleading representation;

    (c)   On any private property, without the express prior written permission of the owner or person with authority to grant such permission;

   (d)   From any operator or occupant of a vehicle upon or within a public street, thoroughfare or right-of-way;

   (e)   In any public transportation vehicle or any public transportation facility;

   (f)   Upon any public property or right-of-way;

   (g)   Within twenty-five (25) feet of any bus stop, check cashing business, automated teller machine, bank, credit union, savings and loan institution, funeral home, cemetery, nursing home, assisted living facility, hospital, or urgent care facility;

   (h)   When doing so impedes the safe or free passage of a person or vehicle.
