(a) (1) Any owner who fails to register as required by Section 937.06, and any person who knowingly signs or otherwise files a false registration statement hereunder shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(2) The filing of a registration card by one owner shall be sufficient to satisfy the requirement of registration for all owners of the same premises.
(3) The enforcement provisions herein shall be in addition to any enforcement mechanisms or civil or criminal liability otherwise provided by law.
(b) Whoever violates any other provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
