In addition to the mechanical amusement device license set forth above, every owner or exhibitor of an amusement arcade shall obtain an amusement arcade license as provided in this chapter, and no person shall operate an amusement arcade without first obtaining an amusement arcade license from the Director of Public Safety. Such license shall be issued only to persons of good moral character and shall not be transferable to any other person, firm, corporation, or premises, except as provided in Section 729.09.
