That certain documents, three copies of which are on file as public record in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Yuma, being marked and titled as the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code, which was made public record by Resolution R2013-09, as amended herein, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set out in the entirety herein.
