353.13 LOADING ZONES .

   (a)   The Engineering Commissioner may provide in each block one loading zone reserved for the loading and unloading of merchandise between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The loading zones shall be designated by signs placed on the curb, and shall not exceed forty feet, being excluded from parking meter regulations, but the time limit for parking of each vehicle parked in the loading zone shall not exceed thirty minutes during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.

   (b)   During the period when loading zones are not reserved for loading or unloading freight or merchandise any person may use the zones for parking purposes. (1967 Code §73.54)
