353.08 ILLEGAL PARKING.

Any vehicle parked in contravention of the provisions of this chapter is illegally parked. The fact that a vehicle is in a metered parking space when the time signal of the parking meter shows no legal parking, shall be prima-facie evidence of the unlawful parking of the motor vehicle by its owner or his agent. (1967 Code §73.48)
