353.07 EXTENDING PARKING TIME PROHIBITED.

No person shall deposit, or cause to be deposited, in a parking meter the required coin for the purpose of increasing or extending the parking time of any vehicle beyond the legal parking time which has been established for the metered parking space adjacent to which such parking meter is located. (1967 Code §73.47)
