353.06 WHEN COIN MUST BE DEPOSITED.

No person shall park any vehicle within any individual metered parking space without immediately depositing or causing to be deposited the required coin or coins of the United States in the parking meter, when the meter displays a signal showing illegal parking in that metered space. (1967 Code §73.46)
