353.04 TIME LIMIT OF PARKING; METHOD OF PARKING.

   (a)   Notice to the public shall be given by an appropriate plate attached to the parking meter, setting forth the length of time for which parking is permitted, designating the proper coin or coins of United States money to be deposited, and the conditions thereof in each metered parking zone.

   (b)   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to vehicles parked or standing in metered parking zones during the following designated times:

      (1)   On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.

      (2)   On Saturdays from 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Subsections (b) (1) and (2) apply to the Central Business District only, excluding uptown Market Street.

      (3)   On Market Street (uptown) from Ridge Avenue to Florida Avenue, weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p. m.

      (4)   Sundays and holidays and all other hours excepted.
