351.20 PARKING TIME RESTRICTED FOR BOATS AND VEHICLES.

No vehicle or boat shall be permitted to be parked for display, sale, storage or for any purpose of repair upon any street, highway or public place within the City. "Storage" means any period of time in excess of forty-eight hours.
