351.19 UNAUTHORIZED PARKING ON PRIVATE OR PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall park any vehicle upon any private property without first having obtained consent from the person in charge thereof. Except on public highways, no person shall park any vehicle upon any property of the City or upon any other public property without first having obtained consent from the person in charge thereof. (1967 Code § 73.15)
