351.10 PARKING IN BUS STOP.
(a) No person, firm or corporation shall stop or park a motor vehicle, other than a bus, in a bus stand or stop when such a bus stand or stop has been appropriately marked, except that the driver of a passenger vehicle may temporarily stop therein for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers when stopping does not interfere with any bus waiting to enter the bus stand or stop.
(b) The bus stands or stops on the approach side of intersections, commonly referred to as "near-side" stands or stops, shall be a minimum of seventy-five feet in length, measured from the property line of the intersecting street.
(c) The bus stands or stops on the exiting sides of intersections, commonly referred to as "far-side" stands or stops, shall be a minimum of sixty-five feet in length, measured from the property line of the intersecting street.
(d) The bus stands or stops located between intersections, commonly referred to as "mid-block" stands or stops shall be a minimum of eighty feet in length. (1967 Code §73.12)
