351.09 LOADING ZONES.

(a) Except where the parking regulations otherwise provide, no vehicle shall be permitted to stop for loading or unloading for a period longer than thirty minutes in the business district bounded by First, Chestnut and Commerce Streets and South Avenue, unless a special permit is obtained from the Police Department.

(b) Preference in parking shall at all times be given to trucks and automobiles necessary for loading and unloading merchandise in front of business establishments. (1967 Code §73.01)
