343.11 RECORDS.

The owner of a tow truck shall maintain an accurate and complete file of transport sheets for each driver employed by him or her, including the owner if he or she is also an operator. Transport sheets shall be filed by date of occurrence and retained for a period of six months. Upon the request of the Chief of Police or his or her designee, such sheets shall be immediately available for inspection. (Ord. 88-139. Passed 3-16-88.)
