305.03 COMMISSIONER TO DESIGNATE USE OF TRAFFIC LANES.

   Whenever any roadway has been divided into three or more clearly marked lanes for traffic, or whenever within the City, traffic is lawfully moving in two or more substantially continuous lines in the same direction, the Commissioner of Engineering is hereby authorized to designate the use of any such lanes for slow moving traffic, through traffic or for right or left turning movements at intersections, such designations to be posted by official pavement markings or overhead or shoulder-mounted signing, or both markings and signing, pursuant to guidelines set forth by the Ohio Department of Transportation, and he is further authorized to provide for the installation of such markings or signs, or both.
