305.02 COMMISSIONER TO DESIGNATE NO RIGHT OR LEFT TURN ON RED.

The Commissioner of Engineering is hereby authorized to designate those intersections in which a right or left turn against a steady red signal is prohibited and to post signs giving notice thereof.
