163.52 COMPENSATORY TIME FOR PUBLIC SAFETY SERVICES DISPATCH SUPERVISORS IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, 911, COMMUNICATIONS CENTER.

   Public Safety Services Dispatch Supervisors who work overtime may, at the time overtime is worked, elect to be compensated for the overtime in either cash payment, paid with the normal payroll, or receive compensatory time off. Each eligible employee may accrue a maximum of sixty (60) hours of compensatory time off in accordance with procedures outlined in the Youngstown Police Department General Orders Manual.
