163.51 OHIO PATROLMEN'S BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION (DISPATCHERS).

There is hereby incorporated by reference the 1998 - 2000 Labor Agreement with the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association (Dispatchers), attached to original Ordinance No. 98- 432, marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof, as if same were fully rewritten herein.
