163.49 DRUG TESTING PROGRAM FOR COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSES (CDL) EMPLOYEES.

All City employees who operate or service commercial vehicles and are required to have commercial drivers licenses, shall be tested for drugs as required by the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 and in conformity with Chapter 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 382 Et. Seq.
