163.42 LABOR CONTRACT WITH AFSCME, LOCAL 2726 (WATER DEPARTMENT).

   There is hereby incorporated by reference, the tentative labor agreement, effective January 1, 1987, through December 31, 1989, modifying the labor agreement previously ratified by Council with AFSCME Local 2726 (Water Department) as attached to Ordinance 87-48, and made a part hereof as if the same were fully rewritten herein.
