163.41 LABOR CONTRACT WITH AFSCME, LOCAL 2312.

There is hereby incorporated, by reference, the 1999-2002 Labor Contract with AFSCME, Local 2312, as attached to original Ordinance 00-265, marked Exhibit “A”, and made a part hereof as if same were fully rewritten herein.
