163.38 DEPARTMENT HEADS TO REPORT MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS.

Each department head of the City is required to file a weekly report with the City Clerk setting forth any and all motor vehicle accidents in which their respective departments may have been involved.
(1967 Code Section 32.05)
