163.15 CREDIT UNION DEDUCTION AUTHORIZED.

   (a)   Any employee of the City may authorize a deduction from his salary or wages in an amount prescribed by him for deposit to his individual account in a properly established credit union composed of municipal employees.

   (b)   Authorization by an employee shall be in writing on a form prescribed by the Director of Finance, directed to and filed with him.

   (c)   Upon the employee's authorization and the Director's approval, the Director shall pay over to the credit union the amount covering the sum of the authorized and approved deduction.
