163.13 UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT ALLOWANCES GENERALLY.

   (a)   The following classifications shall be granted an allowance to reimburse them for uniform expenses or for clothing worn in place of uniforms while on duty:

   Chief of Police

   Chief of Fire

   Chief Sanitarian

   Chief Bailiff

   Deputy Bailiffs

   Chief Probation Officer

   Park Policeman

   Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor

   (b)   In the case of the Police and Fire Chiefs, they shall receive each year the amounts received by the police officers or firefighters, respectively.

   (c)   In the case of the Chief Sanitarian, he shall receive, effective January 1, 2022 - $550.00.

   (d)   In the case of the Chief Bailiff, Deputy Bailiffs and Chief Probation Officer, they shall receive, effective January 1, 2022 -$100.00.

   (e)   In the case of the Park Policeman (Position 6780), the Park and Recreation Commission shall pay a clothing allowance at the same rate as received by members of the Youngstown Police Association bargaining unit.

   (f)   In the case of Public Safety Dispatch Supervisors, they shall receive each year the amount received by Public Safety Dispatch Technicians.
