153.01 QUALIFICATIONS FOR AIR POLLUTION CONTROL ENGINEER.
   The Mayor shall appoint an air pollution control engineer. The engineer so appointed shall be qualified by technical training and at least five years' experience in the theory and practice of the design, construction and operation of fuel-burning equipment, particularly as affecting air pollution control, and shall have engaged in a responsible capacity in work in this field for at least three years. He shall be a licensed professional engineer and a civil service employee and shall be properly bonded at the expense of the City. (1967 Code §94.06)
