149.11 WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FOR RECORDS DESTRUCTION.

No person, having the custody of any records, shall destroy, dispose of them, procure or permit their destruction or other disposition, without written authorization from the Records Commission, or as otherwise provided herein.
