149.10 DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS.

If destruction of any specific records is prohibited by law, the Records Commission shall not order their destruction or other disposition. If any law requires that specific records be kept for a specific period of time, the Commission shall not order their destruction or other disposition prior to the expiration of such period.
