141.02 PHOTO-IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to have printed and prepared photo-identification cards that will contain authenticated information relative to the age and identification of the carrier thereof. The Chief may require the cards to have a recent photograph and may revoke a card on a showing that the card contains false information, that the card has been used for illegal purposes, or for any other reason violative of public peace or good order, or violative of the rules and regulations established by the Chief of Police.
   The Chief of Police may charge the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per card for the issuance of such photo-identification card and for keeping a record thereof, this fee to be paid to the Director of Finance and deposited by him in the appropriate fund. (Ord. 76903. Passed 9-23-67.)
