121.05 PUBLIC DOCUMENTS; FEES-PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
(a) The Deputy Director of the Planning Department and/or his designee is empowered, authorized and directed to impose the charges for making copies of the Zoning Ordinance text and the Zoning Map based on the following rate schedule:

All of the above charges exclude charges to government agencies.
(b) The above fees are to be made directly to the Cashier's Office in the Finance Department with a Duplicate Receipt provided by the Planning Department.
