121.03 PUBLIC DOCUMENT; FEES.

   (a)   The Clerk of Council and the director of each operating department of the City are directed to impose the following charges for copies of public records and documents in their custody, as follows:

      (1)   Initiative petitions: Ten cents (10¢) per page.

      (2)   Referendum petitions: Ten cents (10¢) per page.

      (3)   Charter booklets: Ten cents (10¢) per page.

      (4)   For all other public documents, the fee shall be ten cents (10¢) per page.

   (b)   All funds collected for such copies shall be deposited with the Director of Finance who shall deposit the same in the appropriate fund. The Director of Finance shall establish a procedure for the various departments to follow in the processing of requests for copies of public documents.

   (c)   All existing ordinances or sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Youngstown, Ohio, that are in conflict with this section are hereby repealed.
