950.15 SITE GRADING AND DEVELOPMENT FEE SCHEDULE.
The Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal to obtain a Site Grading and Development Permit and must be submitted to the City of Youngstown before the review process begins. The fee schedule shall be as follows:

1 - 4.99 acres | $500 |
5 - 9.99 acres | $1,000 |
10 acres or larger | $2,000 |
