765.08 MAINTENANCE OF PARKING FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS.

Each operator of a parking facility shall keep the sidewalk surrounding the parking facility free from dirt, ice, sleet and snow and shall keep the sidewalk and driveways in a safe condition for the travel of pedestrians. The operator shall at all times be required to keep the lot in good order and condition. All lots shall have a permanent hard surface and be free from nuisance.
