765.02 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this Chapter, the following words are defined and shall have the meaning ascribed to them as hereafter set forth:

   (a)    Parking Garage: Any structure or part thereof that storing of motor vehicles for a fee is open to the public for special events, daily or monthly fee.

   (b)    Parking Lot: Any lot or part thereof that storing of motor vehicles for a fee is open to the public for special events, daily or monthly fee.

   (c)    Parking Space: An off-street storage area for the parking of one motor vehicle and not less than 8.5 feet wide and 18 feet long.
