786.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and is subject to prosecution and penalty of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The penalty provided herein shall be cumulative of other remedies provided by law.
