786.07 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER LAWS.

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to limit the City of Youngstown in any way to use any or all other means available to remove the nuisance, or summarily eliminate immediate hazards to the public health, safety or welfare as granted in any ordinances of the City of Youngstown or the laws or Constitution of the State of Ohio.
