353.18 ANSWER.

(a) Any person who is issued a parking ticket violation of any provision of Chapter 353 of the Youngstown City Ordinances must answer to the parking infraction alleged in the ticket within 30 days of the issuance of the ticket.

(b) The fine for any violation of any provision of Chapter 353 of the Youngstown City Ordinances is ten dollars ($10.00) within 30 days.

(c) An additional fine of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be imposed for failure to answer any charge of a violation of Chapter 353 of the Youngstown City Ordinances as required by subsection (a) hereof. (Ord. 13-108. Passed 4-17-13.)
