353.16 IMMOBILIZATION.

(a) Any vehicle found standing or parked in violation of any provision of Chapter 353 of the Youngstown City Ordinances is subject to immobilization or impoundment.

(b) Any vehicle immobilized or impounded pursuant to subsection (a) hereof shall be released to the owner of the vehicle upon deposit of cash bond in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 13-107. Passed 4-17-13.)
