353.15 PARKING INFRACTIONS.

(b) A person who commits a violation of the provisions of Chapter 353 of the Youngstown City Ordinances shall not be arrested for the commission of said violation.

(c) Any violation of the provisions of Chapter 353 of the Youngstown City Ordinances shall be handled pursuant to Chapter 4521 of the Ohio Revised Code.

(d) Any violation of the provisions of Chapter 353 of the Youngstown City Ordinances shall be considered parking infractions. Violations of provisions of Youngstown City Ordinances other than Chapter 353 shall not be considered parking infractions or subject to the procedures set forth in Chapter 353. (Ord. 13-106.
