153.04 BURIAL RATES FOR INDIGENTS.

   The Health Department be and hereby is authorized and directed to pay for services to be rendered in connection with the burial of indigent residents of the City of Youngstown, compensation to be in accordance with the following schedule:

 

(a)   For burial of stillborns	$150.00
(b)   For burial of deceased children from       Infants (live born) up to ten (10) years       of age.	$350.00
(c)   For burial of deceased children ten (10)       years of age or older and deceased adults.	$500.00
