1311.07 INDEMNITY.

   Any person or entity, to whom a permit is issued, under the provisions of this Building Code, shall agree by the acceptance hereof to hold the City of Youngstown, its directors, officers or agents, harmless and free from claims of any person that may be caused by or arising from any excavation, fill, use or building construction or related operation. The permitted use or operation shall be conditional upon such agreement and liability.
