761.07 LICENSE ON PERSON.

   (a)   No person shall operate as an itinerant retailer without clearly displaying on his person a valid badge issued pursuant to this chapter.

   (b)   No person shall operate as an itinerant retailer on private property belonging to another without possessing written permission from the property owner. The itinerant retailer must have said written permission on his person while engaging in the business of an itinerant retailer and produce it if it so requested by any law enforcement officer.
