761.04 LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.

No license shall be issued by the Chief of Police under this chapter unless written verification is received from the Department of Planning and Zoning that the retailing activity is permitted by the Youngstown Zoning Code on the property which the itinerant retailer plans to conduct his activity.
