761.03 LICENSE TRANSFERABILITY; REVOCATION.

All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be void, if transferred, and shall be subject to revocation by the Police Chief for violation of any of the requirements of this chapter or if in the judgment of the Police Chief such revocation is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety or welfare.
