789.01 FEE.

   Any private institution, corporation or business which, after December 1, 2009, houses prisoners or inmates serving a jail or prison sentence as a result of a conviction or convictions of crimes shall be required to pay a fee of $1.00 per day to the City of Youngstown, Ohio for each day each prisoner or inmate meeting said description is housed at a facility in Youngstown, Ohio. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis to the City of Youngstown Finance Department. It shall be paid no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month subsequent to the month in which the fees are incurred. (Ord. 09-323. Passed 11-6-09.)
