375.11 PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES NOT SUBJECT TO MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION.

   (a)   No person shall operate any motor vehicle that is not subject to motor vehicle registration on any street, highway or other public property under the jurisdiction of the City of Youngstown.

   (b)   No person who is the owner or operator of any motor vehicle that is not subject to motor vehicle registration shall permit said vehicle to be located on any street, highway or other public property under the jurisdiction of the City of Youngstown unless it is being transported and is properly secured in another vehicle.

   (c)   The definitions set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01 are incorporated into this section.

   (d)   This section is intended to impose strict liability.

   (e)   Any violation of the provisions of this section constitutes a misdemeanor of the first degree.
