709.09 LICENSE FEES.

   (a)   Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per year within the setting of an “adult cabaret” as defined in Section 709.01(c) with or without a cover charge; or

   (b)   Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per year for an “adult motion picture theater”, as defined in Section 709.01(e); or

   (c)   One hundred dollars ($100.00) per year for “adult bookstores” as defined in Section 709.01(b); or

   (d)   One hundred dollars ($100.00) per live adult entertainment performance within a setting other than an adult cabaret wherein the event is a one-time occurrence with or without a cover charge.
