523.06 SUNSET PROVISION.

If the General Assembly of the state enacts legislation providing restrictions on smoking in City of Youngstown buildings, vehicles, places of employment and/or eating establishments, this chapter shall continue in effect only if the City Council shall expressly determine within ninety days of the enactment of the state law that this chapter continues essential to the health and welfare of the City and reenacts this chapter in whole or pertinent part.
