523.04 ENFORCEMENT.

The provisions provided for in this chapter shall be enforced by the Youngstown Police Department. However, it is an expectation that department heads, managers, and supervisors immediately address any reports made to them concerning unauthorized employee smoking before it escalates to calling the police.
