1753.01 INSPECTIONS.

   The Board of Health of the Youngstown City Health District shall inspect or cause to be inspected all pools within the City at such times as it may believe necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter. The Board of Health is hereby authorized to enter upon any premises, private or public, to take samples of water from a pool at such times as it may believe necessary and to require the owner, proprietor or operator thereof to comply with this chapter. In the event of failure to comply, after due notice, with any of the provisions of this chapter, the Board of Health may abate or cause a suspension in the use of the pool until such time as it is, in the opinion of the Board of Health, no longer a menace or a hazard to health, safety or morals.
