1749.03 FAILURE TO REMOVE.

   Upon violation of Section 1749.02, the City or its agent may remove the grass and/or weeds and continue to maintain the property at issue for the remainder of the growing season (April 1- October 31), and recover the total cost for all services. All fees recovered pursuant hereto shall be in addition to any penalties under Section 1749.99.
